- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, chopped ham, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture in the baking dish. Gently toss to combine.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the strata is puffed and golden brown.
- While the strata bakes, prepare the fruit salad. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and blueberries.
- Serve the ham and cheese strata with the fresh fruit salad.
