Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ground beef with barbecue sauce and form into small patties.
- Cook the patties on a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place a cheese quarter on each patty and let it melt slightly.
- Assemble the sliders with the patties and buns.
- Arrange the baby carrots and cherry tomatoes on a platter with ranch dressing.
Notes
You can prepare the sliders ahead and reheat them before serving. Add other veggies like cucumber slices or bell peppers for variety.
