Ingredients
  

For the Main Dish
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
For the Topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the black beans and salsa to the skillet. Stir well.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.

Notes

You can substitute ground turkey for the beef if preferred.
