Method
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels, and nuts.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the snack mix and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
