For the Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl.
  3. Add baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the wings. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
