- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the ranch seasoning mix, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
