Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the ranch seasoning mix, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir well to combine.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add minced garlic to the sauce. You can also top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
