Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape any browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
