Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Creamy Dill Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  4. Serve the salmon topped with the creamy dill sauce.

Notes
