Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
For the Gnocchi
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, and oregano. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add gnocchi to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gnocchi is tender and sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Notes
