- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
