Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
