  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
