Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
For Serving
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Drain excess fat, then stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until spices are fragrant.
  5. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  6. Fill shells with beef mixture and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
