Ingredients
  

For the Chips
  • 4 flour tortillas cut into triangles
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
For the Cinnamon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Brush the tortilla triangles with melted butter.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered tortillas.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
