Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Dip
  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
For the Fruit
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit strawberries, bananas, or apples work well

Equipment

  • Double boiler or microwave-safe bowl
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the fruit thoroughly. Cut larger fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each piece of fruit into the melted chocolate, coating halfway. Place on parchment paper to set.
  4. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
