  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
