- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
