- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
