Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken sausage sliced
  • 1.5 lbs potatoes cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken sausage, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, and sliced bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot.
