Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and butter. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, coating the chicken with the sauce.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
