Method
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and butter. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, coating the chicken with the sauce.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
