Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 12 oz penne pasta
For the Chicken
  • 2 cups chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
