Ingredients
  

For the Casserole
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheese, crushed crackers, and melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the topping mixture over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
