Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
For Topping
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and sour cream.
  4. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Pour sauce over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
