For the Chicken and Broccoli
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken and broccoli evenly on the sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
