Ingredients
  

For the Casserole
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli fresh or frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, chopped broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
