- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in a large bowl. Transfer to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
