Ingredients
  

For the Caramelized Bananas
  • 2 bananas ripe but firm
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Slice the bananas into thick rounds.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the banana slices and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  4. Sprinkle the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over the bananas.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sugar melts and the bananas caramelize.
  6. Serve warm.
