Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

These no-bake caramel apple cheesecake bars are a perfect fall dessert. They are easy to make and always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Equipment

  • 9x9-inch baking pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crust.
  4. Top with diced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the bars overnight. You can also add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
