Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
For the Topping
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust. Chill for 4 hours.
  5. Top with diced apples and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
