  • 2 shots espresso freshly brewed
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup milk optional

Method
 

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and pour them into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the brown sugar to the shaker and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add ice to the shaker, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass. Add milk if desired.
