Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, milk, and honey. Mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
