Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Topping
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pizza crust on the baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
  3. Crack the eggs evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese, bacon, and bell peppers on top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
