Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding a touch of honey or maple syrup if desired. For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add more frozen fruit.
