  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, chocolate chips, protein powder, and honey (if using).
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 small balls and place them on a tray.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
