Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
