- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas and mix with melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
