- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
