- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Heat over medium heat until the mixture simmers and thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving some for serving.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the salmon with the remaining glaze drizzled on top.
