Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Top with lemon slices and fresh dill.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately.
