- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry and rub it with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Press the herb mixture onto the pork tenderloin, coating it evenly.
- Place the pork on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
