Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Tenders
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Honey Mustard Dip
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the coated chicken tenders.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  6. While the chicken bakes, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl to make the dip.
  7. Serve the baked chicken tenders warm with the honey mustard dip.
