- Combine beef broth, red wine (if using), Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Strain if desired and serve warm with roast beef or sandwiches.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use drippings from roast beef instead of beef broth.
