Ingredients
  

For the Main Dish
  • 1 lb asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook asparagus in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  6. Serve chicken with asparagus.
