Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the asparagus with olive oil and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the spring greens, radishes, and herbs. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Toss gently.

For variation, add crumbled feta or toasted nuts to the salad.
