Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 6 cups fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 1 large apple thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, apple slices, walnuts, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
