Ingredients
  

For the Pancake Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Apple Topping
  • 2 medium apples peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
