  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
For the Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  5. While the wings cook, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey in a bowl.
  6. Toss the cooked wings in the buffalo sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately.
