For the Chicken
  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, skin side up, without overcrowding.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is crispy and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
