Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice onion and bell pepper, mince garlic, and prepare broccoli florets.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add garlic and broccoli, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until broccoli turns bright green.
- Cook the Shaved Beef: Push vegetables to one side, add shaved beef to the other side. Stir-fry beef for 1-2 minutes until cooked through. Combine beef with vegetables.
- Add the Sauce and Serve: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and ground ginger. Pour sauce over beef and vegetables, stir well. Cook for another minute until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
