Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the shaved beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
- Chop your favorite vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and broccoli.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked through and slightly browned (a few minutes).
- Return the stir-fried vegetables to the skillet with the beef. Toss to combine.
