Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining.
- Once the pasta is drained, return it to the pot. Add the Boursin cheese and stir until it begins to melt.
- Gradually add the reserved pasta water, stirring continuously until the cheese is fully melted and a creamy sauce forms.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until itβs well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
